Unfortunately, my experience shopping at FRR Online Store, where I just purchased a number of products including clothing, shoes, and jewelry, was quite disheartening. The products of an exceedingly low quality, as seen by the unraveling of threads on the apparel and the tarnished state of the jewelry when they were delivered. I contacted customer support to enquire about returning the things, and I was dealt with poor service when I did so. They did not respond to our questions or offer any assistance, which made the process of returning the item significantly more challenging than it should have been. It was very evident that they did not place a priority on the happiness of their customers. Taking everything into consideration, I do not advise patrons to shop at the FRR Online Store. A disappointing shopping experience is the result of the bad quality of their items as well as a lack of customer support from the company. It is in your best interest to take your company somewhere else, where the products and services offered are of a higher quality.
