The ability to send images very quickly and to a very wide-spectrum of devices (tablets, phones, desktop, and laptops). They can also handle the wide variety of formats we use in our industry (RAW, TIFF, JPEG, JPG, etc.). The most important thing to me is that our files upload in a fast manner. It's not a very user friendly platform and it does take practice. There needs to be more training on how it all works. We are able to save a lot of time when sending out images to multiple locations. The ability to send images to multiple locations via email is a huge time saver. I like how easy it is to use from my phone or computer! It's quick and simple to set up and there are many features that can help me in managing images and making sure they're being turned around as quickly possible so we don't miss our deadlines. We're able to have multiple people working with us remotely without having any issues with storage space. This allows everyone involved to be productive while still maintaining quality control over their files.
