It fits almost perfectly on the KitchenAid Artisan but is underused

We use it to make cake batter and hand wash gently, but suddenly it broke or started to break with normal use. This is the third or fourth time we are using it so we would like to know if we will ask for our money back.

Pros

2 Powerful enough for tough jobs, whether mixing wet and dry ingredients, kneading bread dough or whipping buttercream
