I was pleased with the packaging they looked good/nearly original. However, after installation, our i7 keeps getting the "Clean Garbage Extractors” error message. After thorough cleaning (our i7 was already clean) and reinstalling the rollers several times, I gave up. Gives errors and stops after 1-2 minutes each time. Bring back our old original reels (which are in terrible shape) and the i7 will be fine. I also measured by attaching them to the originals and they are about 1-2mm shorter. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but it could be. TLDR: definitely not suitable for our i7!
