I was pleased with the packaging they looked good/nearly original. However, after installation, our i7 keeps getting the "Clean Garbage Extractors” error message. After thorough cleaning (our i7 was already clean) and reinstalling the rollers several times, I gave up. Gives errors and stops after 1-2 minutes each time. Installing these replacement brushes was easy. What was difficult to handle was HOW LOUD and nasty these brushes made my i7+! It literally sounds like the Roomba is falling apart, which means the brushes don't fit "exactly" like the OEM brushes! Spoke to iRobot about the issue and even iRobot said the brushes are not suitable for i7+! I bought the i7 in January 2020 and received these casters as spares around May 1st. The roles are functionally identical to the OEM. Size and diameter are the same. The shape and depth of the crests are identical. The rubber plastic these things are made of looks a little different (a very slightly rough finish, not unlike 400 grit sandpaper), but behaves exactly like the originals. So they basically behave the same, sound the same, look the same and are less expensive. Happy with the purchase

Warning I love saving money but it's almost useless. They look just like Roomba's OEM parts, but are surprisingly difficult to install every time. Roomba is a bit noisy when running, but I've noticed that it picks up next to nothing compared to the original reels. Also, they didn't feel strong as some threads/hair caught on the rollers and cut into the rollers immediately. I do not recommend this product. Yes, they "look" like the original brushes, fit well in the vacuum cleaner and do the same job as the original brushes when cleaning the house, BUT. Bearings are much, much inferior to brand name brushes.
