Review on 10Mm Drain Hose For Easy Oil Changes By RuggedMade by Jeff Long

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I Like It! in my review

I'm using the Drainzit HON1012 on a Simpson MSH3125-S pressure washer with a Honda GC 190 engine. Contrary to what I read in other reviews, it's not necessary to remove the wheel of the pressure washer to install the Drainzit. The Honda GC 190 has a drain plug on both sides of the engine, and the one on the side with the fuel tank, air cleaner, and base plate drain hole has plenty of clearance to install the Drainzit without removing the wheel. When mounted on that side, opposite the oil-fill--the hose of the Drainzit can be tucked behind the front frame rail and doesn't rub the tire, as seen in the photo below. The Drainzit does exactly what it says it will: it makes an otherwise messy job much easier.

Pros
  • Simplify oil changes with ease using the 10Mm drain hose
Cons
  • The hose may require more time and effort to use than other methods or tools
