The best part was that I could use my own voice for recording, instead of using a machine reading me what to say. It also has an option where you can edit your recorded messages as well. There is nothing bad about this product at all! If it's anything like other voicemail services then there aren't any downsides either. They have great customer support too so if we ever had problems or questions they were always quick in responding. When people leave their phone off while out camping or traveling etc., they are not able to be reached by anyone when needed most especially during emergencies. This solution solves that problem completely because now someone will know immediately that something needs attention even outside normal business hours/availability times.
