Another product advertised as healthy but very unhealthy. Soy was repeatedly mentioned as one of the "sugar alcohols" with a high content of saturated fatty acids. Just one way to list the many ingredients that are unhealthy. For everything inside. The taste is bad or almost non-existent. There aren't even pure peanuts in the bar. This bar is definitely not for the average adult who wants to lose weight and cares about what goes into their body. Again, just read the ingredients on the label.
