I decided to spend a little more and get a good quality, reliable and easy to use DC charger. I've also read so many great reviews on Victron components. Maybe my expectations were too high. Setup was easy, but there were no presets for 12v batteries. I had to do a lot of digging to figure out what my input would be. The screw terminals are not very strong, I'm even afraid that they will break. The case and the overall impression of the device are of high quality. However, the benefit for many is the ability to connect Bluetooth to control the charger while driving and/or not having to reach into the battery compartment to see the readings on the LCD. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 that I have used with other Bluetooth devices at a distance of 20-30 meters. I can't connect to the Orion when driving in the cabin and the DC-DC charger is 4-5 feet behind me in my RV. Unacceptable. $10 Bluetooth accessories that run on disposable batteries have a longer range.
