The worst purchase in my life, don't repeat my mistake
The tilt mechanism is really difficult to use. An adult male with a completely weakened spring practically cannot deviate when attempting to lean back. The mechanism immediately swings back into its upright position. Even though it is impossible to maintain this position while you are resting, the chair will immediately return to its vertical position. Is this a problem I can handle by myself, or do I need to get married and file a return?
