This is one of my best buys! I rely heavily on reviews when shopping, so I'm always happy when I can share my experience to help others. My sofa is about 4 years old and very worn out. It has always been soft but after 4 years of heavy use the pillows have become awful. I've been looking for different products to make them plumper and settled on this one because the price was right. What I did: After getting the foam, I cut it to the exact size of the pillows. Cutting was very easy. My sofa cushion had a piece of foam and then a layer of 1 inch thick fiberfill wrapped around the entire foam pad. I laid the foam on top of the old foam and wrapped it in fiberfill before stuffing them back into the cases. I know some people put new foam on the bottom, but my couches were so saggy I wanted the firmest pillow on them. It was as easy as it sounds and took 5-10 minutes. You can see in my photo how things have changed! There is foam on the left, none on the right. The pillows are much more comfortable and have held up well for a month since I added the foam. I will add foam to every sofa I buy for the rest of my life! It was a fraction of the cost of some other sagging sofa solutions, and I had enough to make my own sofa and 2 seater chair. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap, looking for a simple and effective solution to sagging pillows.
