Beautiful shimmering white ink

I love being able to buy replacement parts for my Tsukineko ink pads. Brilliance Moonlight White is not as opaque as, for example, Hero Arts Unicorn. BUT it's great for creating a bokeh effect where you can stencil it and apply it a little more generously. Because it is a pigmented ink, it will take some time to dry. I also like to use translucent embossing powder. This not only prevents smudging but also adds extra shine. If you have a stamp positioner or something like Misti you can easily get a richer white on the second pass.
