Review on 🚲 Panaracer Smart Seal Bicycle Sealant: 120ml (4oz) and 500ml (17oz) Bottles – Ultimate Tire Protection by Mark Cai

I bought this to seal some Rene Herse ultralight tires that were leaking through the sidewalls. I knew before I bought it that it couldn't be installed through the valve stem like other brands. But the installation turned out to be much worse than I could have imagined. First, the bottle arrived with too much liquid and even after shaking the bottle for several minutes, I couldn't mix the contents. I ended up throwing something in the trash to make room. When I tried to inject sealant into the tire, the bottle cap kept clogging. This is ridiculous and they should ship the product in a bottle with a big enough opening. Also, the sealant leaked from where the cap was screwed onto the bottle, making a mess. By enlarging the hole with a utility knife I was able to apply sealant to the tire. Looks like it sealed the sidewall better than Stan. But unless you're a professional racer, I don't think it's worth the effort. I will never use a tire that requires this sealant again.
