at my age i had a lot of beard trimmers from all the big brands. When my last one stopped charging I went back online and found this Beard Boss model. Switched to Remington from Wahl and am delighted with what I got. I've only used it once but it's much better than my previous trimmer. The guides are MUCH easier to put on and take off than the Wahl ones and I'm not worried about breaking them. Others have noted that both speeds aren't necessary, but I find that the lower speed has worked better for me when using the nose hair removal cap. I can't say how long this one will last because I just got it. But my first impressions are consistently positive. Funny thing: I tried to register the device on the Reminton website and couldn't get it to work for me. I emailed them and received the most refreshing honest reply. I was basically told how to do it, but was reminded that all I really need to do is save the receipt and then confirm: online registration is really just a marketing thing. LOLA Definitely - five stars is easy for this product. I am very happy.
