I was eager to give Dyvicl a try because of their assurances that they provide only the highest quality products and services. My interactions with them, however, have been nothing but dissatisfying. To begin with, compared to other online retailers I've used, they have a smaller assortment of things. While Dyvicl does stock some commonly required things, I was forced to look elsewhere for others. What's more, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the items I did end up obtaining. The paper I ordered was too fragile, and the pens I received leaked and smeared too quickly. From a store that advertises "high-quality" products, I was hoping for more. The shipping process was a nightmare on top of everything else. Unfortunately, my order did not come when promised, and when it did, some products were missing. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix the problem, but they were unresponsive and useless. In sum, my time spent with Dyvicl was a huge disappointment to me. I feel like I spent my time and money due to their mediocre assortment, low-quality goods, and aggravating delivery process. If you need anything for the classroom or office, don't bother with this web store.
