First broken nutcracker I ordered
I ordered this (Hollywood brand) nutcracker and it arrived broken - the fur mustache and beard are missing but the glue is still on. Mouse King ordered as a replacement (also Hollywood) and also arrived damaged - part of the cheek was missing. It was a very difficult experience as the Nutcracker was to be a Christmas present - obviously the recipient was not pleased to receive two Nutcrackers which had to be returned. I will never order a Hollywood brand nutcracker online again. When I buy one it has to be in person where I can inspect it carefully.
