These are so stiff, I couldn't even get them on. It seemed to become a workout in of itself just to put the pant on! They are super thick and remind me of a wetsuit. But a cheap wetsuit. I cannot say to their effectiveness at creating sweat, but I was sweating just trying to get them up over my booty and thighs. Did not have stretch.
