Good. I have many thoughts on this. I have terrible neck pain from a car accident and just from stress so I often get pinched nerves. Maybe that's why I hated this thing. You need an app to work with the settings, so you need to connect it to your phone via bluetooth. There are some settings (like massage, physio, hitting?), intensity level (goes up to 18) and even 3 temperature settings. I will say that the heat settings were good which is why this thing got 2 stars. You can't turn it on for more than 15 minutes before it turns off and you need to reconnect it to Bluetooth. I started it by setting the massage to heat level 2 and about 3 clicks of intensity. I didn't feel much so I turned it on a bit. IT SEEMS TO SHOCK YOU. No, honestly. I was tormented by horrible tingling sensations that made my shoulders heave toward the moon. I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. It felt like I was being electrocuted. My friend also tried different settings and said it was like a stun collar. So. Unfortunately, I don't see the attraction and I've had terrible luck with this thing.
