I love the silk fabric itself. This is definitely an upgraded version of the polyester and satin caps I've had before. But it's actually harder to stick to than other styles I've used. The straps don't seem to really tighten anything so if the size of the cap is too big like on my head then you won't tighten it. It just changes the way it sits on my head. When I tie it tight I get in the way of the back of the cap holding the hair properly. But if I tie loosely, I don't have to tie my hat at all. And anyway, the hat slips and slips around my head and face. My hair is definitely less tangled and retains more moisture during the night when I'm wearing it than when I'm not wearing it, or even compared to the polyester versions which really help some. I just wish it would fit my little head better.
