My only problem is that the silk seems to be one sided so I just wear it inside out and it works just as well as you. It definitely helps minimize frizz and breakage.

Favorite material, stays on your head at night and doesn't slip off while you sleep. It's a bit small if you have long hair like me, it's hard to get it under the elastic. otherwise it is a better quality scrunchie.

I don't think it's silk, it's just the softness and feel of satin. But I can be wrong. sits well My hair is slightly damp when I wake up if my hair was wet at night. So you can blow dry as you like. I've used it with soft curlers and it worked quite well.

This is LilySilk's silk bonnet, definitely silk (not sure by other reviews) and it saved my hair. I use a CPAP machine and needed something to protect my scalp. Until recently, I wasn't aware that I was losing hair from friction. At least I know I won't get extra thin/bald spots. I'll buy another one in case something happens to this one. I love the silk fabric itself. This is definitely an upgraded version of the polyester and satin caps I've had before. But it's actually harder to stick to than other styles I've used. The straps don't seem to really tighten anything so if the size of the cap is too big like on my head then you won't tighten it. It just changes the way it sits on my head.
