Review on Dyson Airwrap Styler for Voluminous and Shapely Hair by Anastazja Staniszews ᠌

The product is working, but I will not repeat the purchase for sure.

The price is obviously excessively high. My hair is short (it only reaches my shoulders), fine, airy, and curly. It's possible that that is the issue. For the purpose of the test, I curled one side using nozzles and straightened the other side. In addition to that, I went through the instructions step-by-step and watched several different videos. Even though I didn't straighten my hair at all, it still looks shiny and has a little less frizz than it did before I styled it. However, I was unable to even straighten my bangs. The presence of a light wave is something that I attribute to the porous structure of the hair, in addition to the fact that the hair is thin and can easily slide between the teeth. I also tried to style my hair and give it some base volume with a round nozzle, but the volume only lasted for half an hour, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get my hair to straighten out in that manner. Nozzles that make curls, everything is fast and beautiful, as in advertising, but if you take not large strands, the rest of the hair needs to be removed, as they can accidentally be attracted or scattered while styling. Nozzles that make curls are available at many different price points. In order to achieve the desired look, each individual strand of hair needs to be twisted in a variety of directions. This is a well-known fact among stylists who work in professional salons. You are aware that using this styler is going to be difficult for you and that between each curl, you will need to adjust the nozzle so that it directs air in a different direction. When I combed through my hair after it had cooled for a half an hour, the curls had been replaced by a light wave. After multiple applications, the problem did not go away; I was unable to straighten my hair, and it took my husband a while to figure out why I had spent so much money on something he did not understand:) My hair appeared as though I had not taken any steps to style it; it simply did not shine or fluff up. Conclusion! Dyson a job well done, models of high quality, beautiful devices, and concern for the needs of customers. Unfortunately, it did not suit me, and I realized that I simply would not use it, despite the fact that I regularly use their brand hair dryer and am very satisfied with it. It is best to first try out the product on a friend who already owns it before investing in it for yourself.

Pros
  • Does not damage the hair, and the results leave the hair looking shiny.
Cons
  • The cost is not reasonable for all types of hair.
