I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 2 with Windows 10 and bought a 4TB G drive with Thunderbolt 3. The drive is formatted for Mac, but the display says it's easy to reformat in the window. It's not easy to reformat. The drive does not appear as a drive on the computer. The G-Technology website says this is a common problem and has instructions on how to fix it. I logged in as an administrator and followed the instructions, but the drive still doesn't show up in Disk Management. I was trying to submit a case on the G-Technology website and an unexpected error occurred while submitting the form.
