I have bought this twice now, for two different installs in my Element '06. If you have an element with a separate amplifier, which I believe is characterized by the presence of a subwoofer at the foot of the console, then this harness is missing 2 pins that control the power supply to this amplifier. In this case I recommend you buy a 2nd Metra harness (blue harness only) and then use a needle or pen to remove 2 smaller pins which can then be inserted into the 1st remote switch harness (pins A3 and A14). . This allows you to avoid a direct connection to the Honda cables.
