I practice intermittent and continuous fasting. It's important to me not to eat sweets while fasting. Until I tried this product, that meant either using baking soda or just using a damp toothbrush to clean my teeth. This "paste" has a very mild mint flavor with some saltiness. I'm not a fan of mint toothpaste, but it's mild enough that I don't mind. I hope that one day there will be a taste of Ceylon cinnamon. The only problem I had is applying it with a brush so it doesn't fall into the sink. I learned how to squeeze the tube and put it in my toothbrush. This paste makes my teeth feel cleaner than baking soda. I will buy it again and use it for everyday use and not just for fasting.
