Review on USB Video Capture Adapter Compatible by Jay Mitchell

This product did not work for me. The software with the driver sent would not load on my new laptop with Windows 10. I tried to download the driver from the internet but it only downloaded half and then I got a 'Failed' message. I've tried 3 times, all with the same result. Tech support couldn't help me. Her only suggestion was to use a different computer. I only have one PC with Windows 10. I returned the product and received a full refund very quickly.
