I like it and it looks cute but...

Looks really cute and pretty on my schnauzer but for some reason it's falling off. This is weird and I don't know how it happens. Maybe if she shakes the labels, smacks them and opens it?!? This is the only thing that seems to have happened. It's also noisy when shaking and scratching. Which is annoying in the middle of the night so we have to take it off and go to bed. But still super cute.
