(original post) Totally disappointed with this product so far. Was delayed by 20 minutes with Klipsch (CS) to try and fix two major issues. If this call doesn't resolve the issue I will be returning this product. (modified) I ended up lingering 45 minutes to hear that Klipsch can't handle the remote conflict, but why would they 'fix' the problem, it doesn't sound like Visio is a great (American ?) TV manufacturer or whatever like that. I have to tell you that I won't buy anything after that that even sounds (vaguely) German! Seller who provided excellent logistical support. Fast response to return request and instant refund once they get it back. thanks for that
