I like beauty and body care
I bought M plus because other reviewers said mint was milder. I like it, it doesn't burn my mouth like most mint flavors. It is pleasantly soft, not too foamy. My teeth felt better after the first brushing and the coffee stains were reduced after the first brushing. My gums are prone to inflammation (especially when I don't brush regularly) but this toothpaste was very soothing. I have protected my teeth for years with the now defunct Oravive and have regained sensitivity. Apagard appears to be returning to sensitization. I am very glad I found this toothpaste and so far so good
