I bought M plus because other reviewers said mint was milder. I like it, it doesn't burn my mouth like most mint flavors. It is pleasantly soft, not too foamy. My teeth felt better after the first brushing and the coffee stains were reduced after the first brushing. My gums are prone to inflammation (especially when I don't brush regularly) but this toothpaste was very soothing. I have fluoride sensitivity due to a thyroid problem and prefer this toothpaste to the fluoride prescription brand my dentist gave me. I have been using this product for about 6 months now and am very impressed that Apagard keeps my mouth very clean and eliminates odors around the caps. I hope it remains available for the US so that I can continue to use this product, Apagard, for my entire family.

I've dealt with extremely sensitive teeth for decades. The last five years or so after intensive dental care were even worse than usual. I could not bite without a lot of pain.
