I didn't take a blood test. I don't know if it's my imagination or not. However, as I continued with a regular exercise regimen, I found that taking it an hour before my workout increased my endurance. I've also lost 5 pounds, the last 5 pounds I've been trying to lose in 6 months. Does it work by increasing testosterone levels? I do not know. Interestingly, the other items they sell had no effect on me and I was skeptical about these. I still use them and train well.
