The integration with Zendesk was fantastic - it made reporting so much easier! Also, being able to set up custom fields for each user (and then map those into their profile) really helps us keep track of what they've done in our system as well as how long we think things took them.
I wish there were different ways to sort or filter reports from within this tool though; sometimes that would help me figure out which users have been using my application most often over time. It's helpful having one place dedicated solely to keeping tabs on everything related to reservations. A lot less tracking has to go through another site like Google Sheets now that everything can be stored here too.
