Reviewable is great at making sure you're always looking good

The integration with Zendesk was fantastic - it made reporting so much easier! Also, being able to set up custom fields for each user (and then map those into their profile) really helps us keep track of what they've done in our system as well as how long we think things took them. I wish there were different ways to sort or filter reports from within this tool though; sometimes that would help me figure out which users have been using my application most often over time. Great experience and very useful: Omnify

Omnify has helped me to create a system that allows guest to easily access all of their information (i.e. reservations, account information, etc.). I love how easy it is to update the system with new features. I also like how easy it is to add new features. Nothing, so far. We are still at the early stages of implementing Omnify into our business. I'm excited to see what the future holds, but I think that Omnify would be helpful to most of the hotels that I've seen. It's helped eliminate a lot

  • Their support staff was great! They answered my questions very quickly when they were available via email or phone call during non business hours as well :) The UIs look amazing..and have been constantly updated throughout this time we used them which made working in such outdated systems more bearable ;) Everything about using OmniPay feels seamless & intuitive.which makes life easier while running multiple locations across different platforms from home office deskt
