I bought this product to use as a battery cover to power the Christmas lights on my balcony. The bag worked perfectly - it protected the battery from getting wet in a rain shower and since the bag is black it didn't stand out on the balcony. It's waterproof, flexible and has a drawstring closure at the top. It was the perfect purchase for what I needed. I'm sure it will work just as well when used to protect a cellphone from getting wet.
