Rubber pen holders are inexpensive and work very well.

I rarely give 5 stars but these rubber holders work much better than the metal butterfly holders that usually come with pins. They solve my problem as my pins always fell off along with the metal holders. I wear a pin every work day and for about six weeks I've been twisting three of them and not a single pin has fallen off.

Pros

Wide application: the rubberized back of the pin can be used when tie buttons and lapel pins lose their backs, or DIY pins, suitable for brooches, name tags, exhibition books, hanging ropes, bags, vests, hats, badges, collections, etc.
