I like that it allows for easy access to all aspects of our business. It also allows us to keep track of our customer's information which helps us make sure that we are providing them the best service possible. I dislike that when you go into the system it can be confusing and hard to navigate. Also sometimes it takes awhile before you see what you have done wrong or you may not see it until after it has been posted. If you are looking for a simple way to manage your customer database, then this is the system for you. The ability to keep track of everything about our clients and being able to share that information with other members of the team.
