Of course it prints good copies but much cheaper than Brothers. EVERYTHING else about it sucks. This is poorly documented; Support is mediocre at best. It's clumsy in design, resulting in wasted hours of frustration until it works properly: I've had it for 4 months and I've only been able to print on envelopes just enough to keep the address/return address straight and once in the right place. The paper tray is thin and difficult to replace properly. And refill inks cost a fortune, WAY more than other brands ($85 for the black/red/yellow/blue set). I will never buy an HP printer again.
