Review on Valcom V LPT MultiPath Paging Adapter by Amy Jackson

I ordered the V-LPT to work with a Viking PI-1A and a ceiling paging amp. Great solution, with great support FROM THE MANUFACTURER. However, the reseller was useless. Don't hesitate to call them. or ask to return the product if you don't need it as was the case in my case. Techibble ignored the return and refund request for over a week and then told me it was too late to process it. Now I have a V-LPT that I don't need and the reseller won't take it back. If you don't need relay control to connect your PBX to a paging system, it will do the job well. I have connected it to many ports on Alcatel OmniPCX and Avaya IP500 FXS systems. You just need to configure the ports to detect and open on their own. if you are unlucky and need to use the FXO port from a less powerful system. Buy this and a Viking PI-1A paging adapter. Just don't buy from Techibble.
