I tried the remote control, but it does not work. The only thing that works is the volume up button, which beeps. I don't know if it's the battery or something. The battery is either defective or not inserted correctly. I've tried putting the battery in 4 different ways, none of them work, just a beep. The instructions should show how to insert the battery. It only fits in one pocket so either the battery is bad or I'm doing something else wrong lol. Please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise it works fine, the sound is clear and loud, but the remote control does not work.
