The size chart is not accurate and not the material of the sweatshirt.
Ordered 2xl/3xl for someone with 45" bust and it barely fits. The print is almost the same as in the picture. The material is definitely not a sweater, much thinner than expected, and in the Pacific Northwest it will only be suitable for spring or early fall as an extra layer, which can be difficult as the sizing doesn't fit. Only three stars because the print is cool though is, the material and dimensions do not match the seller's description.
