Unfortunately, this does not work well when USB devices are connected to ensure stable data transfer. This affects the network connection. And now the network keeps disconnecting briefly, even when there is no data transfer. I switched to a different USB network key and the problems went away, so it's definitely a problem with that. It's a cool gadget, but it just didn't suit me. *** UPDATE *** Anker support contacted me immediately and advised that I may have a defective device. They offered to send replacements for free. I look forward to evaluating the replacement as all of the Anker products I have purchased in the past have been of high quality. I give stars for excellent customer service and will update this review again once I receive a replacement unit. *** LATEST UPDATE **** I received the replacement and it works perfectly. I have not been disappointed with the quality of Anker products or the customer service. I will definitely favor Anker products in my future purchases.
