I was concerned it was cheap plastic based on many reviews. but I'm glad I didn't let these negative reviews affect me. I found this a great product. Also, the "fragility" of the plastic was actually nice. In case you didn't cut the square/hole in the drywall perfectly straight, the flexibility of the plastic was enough to curve around the contour of the drywall hole and it all fitted the wall just fine. However, once fixed, the product felt very secure and was very flush with the wall. Really great invention and product. I gave it 1 star for a problem with the installation and the "value". I don't usually choose "cost" because if you paid for it, say it was worth it. but in this case I felt a bit overpriced for the money for a couple of plastic squares with a couple of screws. My big complaint about the cost was that you have to buy 5 at a time. The product they work with is sold in packs of 2, so why can I only buy it in packs of 5? It really didn't feel like it made sense to me, and I didn't have any extra services that I didn't need. Also, it wasn't always a little harder than it should have been. You need to cut out a square for the bald man to slide into. It would be nice to have a trace template. Anyway, if you circle and cut the outside of the box, the protrusions won't snag on anything. So you need to trace the inside of the box and adjust it yourself by eye. Still works, but it would be a lot easier if there was some sort of square cardboard template you could tape to the wall and you knew exactly how big the cutout needed to be. But I would not hesitate to buy this product again based on the actual performance and quality of the product.
