Late review. How do you say; live and learn. I didn't just get one of the three originals I ordered, is that NOT a legal 8GB flash at all? (Rather 1 gigabyte) The controller chip used in flash memory is programmed to report the amount of its internal memory. However, it does not monitor the state of the corresponding memory chip. Also, it makes the device very unstable if you exceed the specified capacity. I kept noticing files not showing up when transferring files and thought about digging deeper. Of course, the analysis software (which is easy to find on the internet) identified the fake size - apparently this is a common practice. Don't waste money and time. It certainly won't make a good impression.
