The garland is very easy to inflate (with a separate electric pump) and assemble. Only a few balloons burst. My only complaint was that the Mylar balloons didn't come with a stick to inflate by hand, so we had to find a small straw. Mylar balloons have a special valve, and when it's ruptured, it won't hold air. The glue dots worked great to fill the little balloons that once hung on the wall. Took me 2 hours from start to finish. This was my first time making a balloon garland and after a few attempts at skipping a few gaps the balloons seemed to be too tight. We decided to stretch the entire plastic holder to the bottom and place one color at a time evenly spaced apart and then select the next color to mix in between to get a good color match. Putting on the balloons was easy enough, my 7 year old helped me put on the balloons. Great value for money as these balloons we received were thick. Other reviews of balloons popping easily make me think the company upgraded the balloons or the balloons overflowed.
