Good light but moisture problem

Overall not a bad light for the money. They look pretty good for what they are. Not as bright as I expected but they do the job. My biggest problem/complain is that one of them has moisture inside the device. For a light that should be IP-68 rated, this is a huge disappointment. The second problem is that the flash lights turn on after rain. Again, an IP-68 luminaire shouldn't do this, so I suspect the estimate is wrong.
