I am 1.60m tall and drive a Subaru Ascent. I am on the Ascent forum and other Subaru owners are always suggesting various gadgets to make life more convenient. I chose this product because it is not too expensive and gets the job done. It fits under my seat so is easily accessible. It's easy to put on and I step on the door, then the step, and then I can easily reach the roof. It claims to support up to 250 pounds - I can't verify that, but it seems durable. I would definitely buy it again and share the link with a family that also has SUVs. Overall a good product.
