Its a Basket/Drying Rack

As described and we doubled up with a similar dimension &#34;open&#34; drying rack to give us counter flexibility when the number of dishes/pots change from day to day. We passed on and returned the standard Rubbermade rack found elsewhere here as the quality and design (a poorly conceived hole is hacked in the rack filled by a flimsy quasi-hanging utensile basket) is much inferior to the subject.
