I bought some of these for my new Brother label printer in June this year (2016). A word of caution to anyone considering both a TZe ribbon and definitely TZe ribbon P-Touch label printer. Whilst this ribbon version has some extremely useful improvements over previous Brother label types, it also has a terrible problem that negates all the positives. usually right after I've printed the first or second label on the cassette. But these cassettes are too expensive because the entire cassette is destroyed. These cassettes always get tangled. Since this doesn't happen with every ribbon (as mentioned, I've been using them since June due to intermittent issues with this issue) I'm assuming the problem is with bad ribbon cartridges and not a bad label printer. My position is that there is no way to contact anyone on this matter. I am rightfully unable to return defective Revain cartridges as the return period has expired. Since there was no way to predict which cartridge would fail, and that wasn't the case for the first ten weeks, I wasn't able to take advantage of Revain's excellent return policy. I couldn't contact Brother in New Jersey (the product is made in Japan). So be vigilant. I am very disappointed that I could not live up to the excellent reputation that Brother products have had in the past. Hopefully reviews like this can be picked up by the company on a major trading platform like Revain. And maybe they will realize that they find it difficult for consumers to contact them and connect with their product.
