These must be purchased from Rockport through the lower price/quality channel. The Rockports I usually buy are not currently available; Supply chain issues maybe. They don't look like Rockports and they don't look like Rockports. Surprised that they were hard on the inside, I removed the insole and found that it was very thin. So I took some insoles from an old set of Rockports and put them in the new shoes and now they are too tight around the ball of the foot. So, yes, they were so tight that they couldn't comfortably accommodate the OEM Rockport footbed. I can wear them but the toes on one foot get a little numb after a while. So if you're a Rockport fan, I'd suggest waiting for supply chain issues and not buying them.
