The best thing about this software is that it has an inbuilt workflow management system which makes our work easier as we can create tasks for each of them with ease without any hassle at all! It also allows us customize fields like status or due date etc., so there's no need to go through manual process every time when you want something changed from your previous task list entry/submission!! This really helps me save my precious working hours since I'm not doing repetitive works anymore. Nothing much but if u are looking out some good features then definitely try using appviwsoft CRM because its free version gives lot more options than paid ones do! As i said earlier before everything else just use trial versions firstly & see how easy things get done by yourself once ur comfortable enough wtih their interface :) We're solving problems related to customer service department where they don't have.
