Easy customizable and user friendly tool

The best thing about this software is that it has an inbuilt workflow management system which makes our work easier as we can create tasks for each of them with ease without any hassle at all! It also allows us customize fields like status or due date etc., so there's no need to go through manual process every time when you want something changed from your previous task list entry/submission!! This really helps me save my precious working hours since I'm not doing repetitive works anymore.…

  • So far these apps r helping keep track over incoming calls& complaints coming into helpline section ! And even now im able 2 manage customers queries within few clicks only while sitting behind m laptop.Its
